We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle store operations and assist tasks to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management. Responsibilities: - To check and confirm the correct part and quantity as per invoice are to be delivered to customers and ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before delivery - To acknowledge receipt of all invoices for delivery in the delivery record book. - Ensure correct modification is done as per in the modification form - To ensure those invoices are duly signed, stamped, and returned to the - Accounts Department by means of recording and acknowledged by the recipient. - To check strictly on returned and rejection goods. - To give the very best of service to our customers at all times. - To maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse. - Accomplish any task/responsibility assigned by Warehouse -Manager/Supervisor. - Require doing OT when request to-do. - Ensured practice of FIFO policy 100% accuracy & follow operational SOP. - Any other activities/events assigned by the company (e.g., Annual Stock Take, Product Exhibition, etc.). |

Requirements: | : | Requirements: - Have your own transport to work. - Minimum SPM or equivalent or minimum 1 year working experience in the related field - Ability to lift inventory items and perform physical tasks. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Able to read, write, & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. - Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work extra hours. - Preferably Male candidate. - Basic knowledge of inventory management. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
