Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and distributing them to the respective Customer Service or Sales Engineers.
- Generate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers with self-collection of products from the store.
- Manage call answering and routing.
- Support Customer Service team with daily routine tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any fields are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as this role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage. However, training will be provided if you do not have prior experience.
- Be punctuality
- Mature, motivated, takes initiative and willingness to learn
- Able to do works upon requested by respective supervisor.
- Must be honest, team player, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities.

Machinist / Machine Operator

- Observed and practices machining safety rules and instructions at all times
- Ensure that personal protection equipment¡¯s are put on when in production floor
- Proper handling of production machines, tools and equipment
- Prepare raw material upon received of production order
- Ensure machining jobs meet or within set accuracy requirement
- Issuing of components, assembly and testing of cylinder as per set procedures and instruction
- Scheduled maintenance activities carried out
- Perform receiving inspection when stock in goods
- To report any rejects, damaged, shortage of goods, tools or abnormalities to department head

Store Assistant (Contract)

- In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities.
- Document filing to be properly done
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse

- Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery
- Ensure correct modification is done as per in the modification form
- To check strictly on returned and rejection goods.
- Ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before delivery
- All picked invoices to be recorded in the delivery record book and to be acknowledge by the person who delivers
